  • Why do we bring up the subject of spiritual warfare? We do so because if we are going to be true worshipers of God, now more than ever before we need to be knowledgeable in the art of spiritual warfare.

  • It is quite remarkable how often mistaken identities occur throughout our literature: Alfred Hitchcock’s North by Northwest, Charade, et al.; Daphne du Maurier’s Scapegoat, Alexandre Dumas’ The Count of Monte Christo and The Man in the Iron Mask all rely on mistaken identities.

  • This month, The King’s High Way Ministries brings back a 2005 article from Nan’s book “Private Worship—The Key to Joy.” We pray that God will bless you richly this year with the knowledge and revelation of His great grace for you.

  • False prophets and false prophecy are present through the New Testament. Jesus warns against false prophets in Matthew 7:15–23, pointing out that they can be recognized by their fruit. 1 John 4:1–3 also cautions believers about false prophets, noting that “spirits” that deny the reality of the incarnation are false and not from God.

  • Are you a believer in Christ or a follower of Him? You may think, why can’t I be both? After all, the Bible records both. Indeed it does. Here are a few things it records about believers in Christ:

  • The 15th chapter in 1 Corinthians is the most important chapter in the Bible (and the longest in this epistle). It deals with the ultimate enemy of mankind: death. It announces the death of death itself. This chapter is regarded by many as the Centerpiece of Christianity and the climax of Paul’s message.

  • God continually tests our faith to see if we trust Him. He continually asks us: Will you hope in Me when the unthinkable happens in your life? Will you, like Moses, hold up the Word of God when the enemy advances, or will you drop the Word and let the enemy come in like a flood?

  • The Spiritual Gifts are among the richest blessings for Believers, and yet also remain among the most divisive topics within the Christian community. 1 Corinthians chapters 12 and 14 reveal more about the work of the Holy Spirit than do any other passages in the Word of God.

  • The apostle Paul encouraged the Ephesian church by telling them, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

  • What Love is this? Is it a sincere desire motivated by a strong attraction? It is a serious devotion evidenced by undying attention? Or is it a deep emotion fueled by an enduring affection?

  • The ninth annual Strategic Perspectives conference was an exhilarating experience for the more than 700 who attended this year. The event was held again in North Idaho at the Coeur d’Alene Resort, October 23–26, 2014.

  • In September, we began a new series of articles on the precious subject of “hope”—what it is, why it’s so important and how, even as believers, we can lose hope.

  • …but because they had never treated or operated on someone with my condition, they miraculously made an exception and took me as a training example… To be honest, I was terrified.

  • There are three principal judgments that are often confused: the Bema Seat Judgment, the Sheep and Goat Judgment, and the Great White Throne. They are each quite different.

  • Hope is like a golden cord connecting us to heaven. The more we cling to this cord, the more we can allow the Lord to bear the weight of our burdens and to draw us closer to Him.

  • The Ebola virus harkens back to Biblical plagues that tormented and tested people. While we tend to ridicule the Egyptians for their folly, it is important to recognize that we are tempted to worship false deities as well.

  • In Chapter 3 of Paul’s second letter to timothy, he lists 18 characteristics of the “perilous times” to come in the “last days”.

  • As the centroid of geopolitical power on the Planet Earth continues its shift westward, you can also see a cloud of spiritual darkness emerging on our eastern horizon.

  • Trillions have been stolen, with trillions more still at risk. Public confidence is the critical enabler that keeps the crime in motion. If that fails, the charade comes to an end. Staying informed is imperative.

  • God allowed me to go through my own Valley of the Shadow of Death so that I could personally experience what it means to have “hope Against Hope.”
